目的  探讨应用锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。

方法  2008年9月至2011 年3月，我院采用锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折32例。

结果  32例均获得6~18个月 随访，平均 12个月。所有患者骨折愈合， 无 内 固定钢板、螺钉断裂拖出等发生，按Harris髋关节功能评 定标准： 优26例，良4例，可2例， 优 良率93.7% 。

结论  应用锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折，具有操作简便， 创伤小，固定可靠，骨折愈合率高的优点 。

objective  Explore application locking plate internal fixation for old age of intertrochanteric fractures of the clinical curative effect.

Methods from September 2008 to March 2011, the use of locking plates our treatment of senile intertrochanteric fractures 32 cases.

Results  All  patients  were  followed   up for  6 to 18 months , the average 12 months.  All patients with fracture all healed did not happen of fracture fixation locking plates and screws pull out of fracture, according to the Harris hip function evaluation standards; Excellent 26 patients, 4 cases were good, qualified in 2 cases,and  the  excellent   and   good   rate  was 93.7%. Conclusion  Locking plate in elderly patients with treatment of intertrochanteric fractures  is simple and easy for operation, small trauma, fixed and reliable, fracture healing rate is high.
