摘要： The total prevalence of pigmented villonodular synovitis (PVNS) is 1.8 patients per million population, with solitary joint involvement mostly. The most commonly occurring sites are the knee joint (about 80%), flexor tendon sheath of the hand, hip, ankle and shoulder, and the disease rarely occurred in the elbow. A patient with PVNS of the elbow was adopted by our hospital, and the case report was as following.
