摘要：  With the increase of the patients with knee tumor and the life extension after prosthetic replacement, the long-term complications of tumor prosthesis of the knee joint increase. It is difficult to deal with the loosening of the prosthesis and prosthetic subsidence and fractures. In 2011, 1 patient who had the femoral perforation with severe shortening deformity of the ipsilateral lower limb after tumor prosthesis replacement of the knee joint 20 years ago was adopted by our hospital. Now the treatment procedure was reported as follows.
