The characteristics of orthopedic microsurgery society of 2012COA

For the full display of Chinese Orthopaedic microsurgery achievements, for further understanding the domestic situation of Orthopeadic microsurgery development, the Orthopaedic Microsurgery branch of COA introduce the domestic and foreign orthopaedic microsurgery general situation and development. The Microsurgery venue received a total of 497 articles, of which 45 of bone necrosis, 47 of bone defect, 76 of upper limb skin flap transplantation, 87 of Lower limb skin flap transplantation, 30 of peripheral nerve repair,28 of severed limb Replantation, 25 of finger reconstruction, 20 of VSD application, 26 of Basic research, 12 of Tendon injury repair, 6 of Vascular injury, 7 of the Application of microsurgical technique in spine. These articles were Selected 66, 7, 357 respectively as speaker, poster and print.The report will be in Nov 16-17, 2012,and the course will be in 7:30 Nov 17,2012. We will invite the Chairmen of Chinese Medical Association Orthopaedic Microsurgical branch Professor Hou Chunlin, Professor Pei Guoxian, Professor Liu Xiaolin, Professor Zhang Changqing to have the tutorical lectures about Orthopaedic Microsurgery. Also, the chief editor of "MICROSURGERY", Zhang Feng, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Professor Qin Ling, Professor Marko and the leader of the orthopedics microsurgical repair group of Chinese Orthopedic Association, the chairman of the bone defect and necrosis group of Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine Committee of reparative and reconstructive surgery, Professor Zhao Dewei to have a speech. After the guests' speech, then will come the 5 topics 47 statements in 5 topics and discussions after the end of each topic.The first topic is " bone necrosis " including related research of osteonecrosis of the femoral head restoration and reconstruction.The second topic is " bone defect of limbs " including microscopic technique of severe bone defects repair. In 13:30,there will be an interactive discussion about the case of " Retention of femoral head Retention treatment for Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head " hosted by Professor Li Zirong, Professor Yang Shuhua. Professor Zhao Dewei, Zhang Changqing will give the case report aboutthe Femoral head necrosis of the greater trochanter bone flap and fibula flap for the treatment.Professor Liu Qiang, Wang Yisheng, Yang Shuhua, He Wei, Chen Weiheng and Chen Jiying will have the Interactive discussion. Professor Lu Jianmin will give the case report on Microsurgical treatment of spinal diseases.Professor Zhao Guangyue,Yang Chenglin, Wang Tianbing, Yin Zongsheng and Ma Yuanzheng will have the Interactive discussion.

The third topic is " Severed finger replantation ( limb ) " including allogeneic forearm - hand transplantation, complex replantation of finger,tip replantation in microsurgery repair technology. The fourth topic is " Finger reconstruction " with foot dorsal flap toe transplantation for reconstruction of thumb and finger, half application of nail flap transplantation for finger, thumb nail flap reconstruction, second toe transplantation for reconstruction of the thumb index finger. The fifth topic is " Basic research " including free femoral posterolateral thigh perforator flap, controlled stress and micromovement on fracture healing effects of the CT study, DSA was observed after avascular necrosis of the femoral head hip peripheral vascular changes. The tutorial will begin in Nov 17. 7:30,Beijing Ji Shui Tan Hospital professor Jiang Xieyuan, vice director of microsurgical society Professor Xu Yongqing, member of the Standing Committee of the society of microsurgery Professor Yu Aixi and the chief of the Microsurgical repair group Professor Zhao Dewei will have the tutorial lecture about Orthopaedic Microsurgery. at the invitation of the Shanghai city health bureau director Professor Xu Jianguang, ,joint study group Professor Wang Kunzheng, China-Japan Friendship Hospital professor Li Zirong,Huazhong University of Science and Technology Professor Yang Shuhua will be the speakers. The sixth topic is " upper flap " topics including hand wound flap, tissue transplantation repair of serious hand injury, antidromic dorsal interosseous artery island flap of skin vessel clinical classification of related research. The seventh topic is " lower limb flap "including leg distal pedicled perforator flaps, sural neurovascular island flap, lower extremity injury treatment, ipsilateral soleus muscle flap for repair of the microscopic technique.There will be a case discussion in 13:30 of anterolateral femoral skin flap for thumb reconstruction and application. Professor Xu Yongqing, Guo Yongming, Wang Jianli, Wang Zengtao will make a case report, and the arrangement of Professor Yu Aixi, Professor Shi Zhang and Professor Tang Juyu, Professor Gao Weiyang, and Professor Chai Yimin will have an interactive discussion. Then the case report "thoracic outlet syndromediagnosis and treatment of thoracic outlet syndrome" will be hosted by Professor Liang Bingsheng and Li Wencui,then Professor Liu Xiaolin, Jia Yingwei, Wang Daping,  Xu Wendong will have the interactive discussion.

The eighth topic is " Peripheral nerve " including adult brachial plexus injury clinical classification, the contralateral nerve transfer for treatment of CNS injury after upper limb hemiparesis, the older obstetrical palsy of upper limb deformities sequelae operative microsurgical repair technology. The ninth topic is " Spine and nerve injury " on topics including brachial plexus injury combined with square hole of axillary nerve injury, microsurgical operation of posterior nerve root foramen enlargement operation for treatment of nerve root type cervical vertebra disease curative effect, microsurgical techniques for the treatment of lumbar canal stenosis. The tenth topic is " Other " special topics including drainage technique in foot skin avulsion of application, application of external fixator in the treatment of skin defect, downstream from laparoscopic omental transposition for the repair of hand and forearm dorsal tissue defect.
