骨科康复医学是骨科临床医学不可分割的部分。2013年COA国际学术大会骨科康复会场是本届大会备受关注的会场之一。该会场为骨科及康复工作者搭建了一个学术交流的平台，使骨科医师和康复科医师相互学习、互通有无；使与会者在康复理念的普及、康复专业技术水平的提高、现代化康复设施建设等各个方面都获益匪浅；为我国骨科康复事业的发展注入新的动力。
本届骨科康复论坛内容涉及创伤康复、骨关节康复、脊柱脊髓疾病的康复及治疗等相关问题。特邀了中国康复研究中心主任李建军教授以及来自美国的Stuart L. Weinstein教授等14名国内外著名专家为大会开展骨科康复教程和进行嘉宾发言。其中，骨关节康复内容涉及运动创伤康复、骨肿瘤康复、髌股关节不稳康复、肩关节运动机能与术后康复、创伤后膝关节功能障碍的康复治疗、老年髋部骨折的治疗与康复、儿童运动损伤康复以及膝关节OA康复。脊柱脊髓疾病的康复涉及特发性脊柱侧凸的支具治疗、脊髓型颈椎病的防治、胸腰椎微创手术围手术期康复管理、脊柱侧凸的保守治疗策略与围手术期康复管理、脊柱脊髓损伤的临床路径管理、儿童脊髓损伤及康复治疗的特点、脊髓损伤后肌肉骨骼系统退变循证医学研究以及颈脊髓损伤的早期治疗对预后的影响。此外，有95位国内专家针对不同骨科康复领域的工作经验及研究成果进行论文发言，其中包括肩肘关节康复、髋膝关节康复、脊柱退行性疾病康复以及脊髓损伤后康复等各个领域。
本次骨科康复分论坛在骨科康复的基础研究、临床研究等各个领域进行了最新进展的展示、同时也进行了热点报告。本次会议将进一步推动我国骨科康复事业的发展，成为我国骨科康复事业的里程碑。

Orthopedics rehabilitation is a vital part of clinical medicine.COA of 2013 international meeting is the very expected forum in this conference. It has not only provided a stage where orthopedics and clinical doctors could communicate and study each other but also developed in every aspect of rehabilitation construction deeply which will involve much spring into our orthopedics rehabilitation.
This session contains rehabilitation and treatment of traumatic, orthopedics and spinal cord injury. Professor Jianjun Li from China Rehabilitation Research Center and Stuart L. Weinstein from America are specially invited and also other 14 famous specialists involved in the meeting to give the course and guest speech. Orthopedics rehabilitation involves traumatic rehabilitation, bone tumor rehabilitation, patellofemoral unstability rehabilitation, shoulder exercise and post-operation rehabilitation, rehabilitation of knee joint disease after trauma, rehabilitation and treatment of older’s hip fracture, rehabilitation of sport injury of children and knee OA rehabilitation. Spine and spinal cord rehabilitation are related to orthosis treatment of idiopathic scoliosis, prevention of myelopathy spondylosis, perioperative period rehab management of thoracic and lumbar vertebral micro operation and conservative treatment of idiopathic scoliosis, clinical management after spine and spinal cord injury, rehabilitation and treatment characteristic of children spinal cord injury, evidence based medicine research of skeletalmuscle degeneration after spinal cord injury and the influence on the prevention of early treatment of cervical spinal cord injury. Besides, 95 domestic professors will give lectures about their experience and outcomes on different field of orthopedics rehabilitation. Rehabilitation of shoulder joint, hip and knee joint, degenerative spine disease and post spinal cord injury will be also involved.
This forum will have a latest show and some hot reports of basic and clinical research of orthopedics rehabilitation. It will be a milestone of our national orthopedics rehabilitation and make a great progression of it.
